Call Out for collaborators!
18 March 2026
That was the message that Clare Farrell gave at February’s OAUK Conference in Cambridge, and that’s our mission at The Fête of Britain: a celebration of what’s already happening culturally, and an invitation to artists and performers to bring people together to build personal and collective power.
All so we get to decide on the things that matter to us where we live, and have a joyous party with purpose at the same time.
Over the next few months The Fête of Britain visits:
- Barking (11th April 11am-4pm at Couleur Cafe).
- Manchester (23rd April, 2-8pm, Cross Street Chapel).
- Swansea (2nd May all day, Urban Foundry and other venues).
- Great Yarmouth (29th May, all day, as part of the Out There Arts Festival 2026).
If you’re up for collaborating in any of these places, or want to let us know what you’re already doing so that we can come support you, we’d love to hear from you! Get in touch with Tracey Sage.
